Boulevard formation reaches the central roundabout
The primary carriageway has been formed and kerbed from the entrance plaza through to the central roundabout, with sub-base compaction tested and signed off.

Underground ducting begins on Sector A
Electricity, water and fibre ducting has commenced ahead of surfacing on Sector A internal roads — the sequence that avoids re-excavation later.

The school, medical centre, mosque and community club plots have been formally reserved in the layout and removed from the saleable inventory.

Lake excavation and edge profiling underway
Excavation of the central water body has started, with the edge profile set to carry the boardwalk and the perimeter jogging loop.
